We stayed here with some family friends and our teenage children while in town for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful, tucked away from all the noise of the main street, and has the most wonderful staff who were so helpful with whatever question or request we had! The interior is very comfortable, clean, and stylish. Thank you Joanna for the warm hospitality. You made sure our stay was everything and more. We will be returning for sure!

This place was amazing! We had our two sons with us and the two bedroom room with one king and two twins was ideal. The use of the sauna and hot tub was just the perfect touch for us to unwind after a day of hiking around the town. The walk to the main street is 5 minutes, and we found that both restaurants at the hotel ended up be our favorites. The hotel is a beautiful lodge in a great setting. There are views of the tall mountains on one side, ski slopes on another side, and smaller hills the other directions. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the sheep grazing on the summer grass on the ski slopes. The nearby Terma Bania water park was much fun. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Bellamonte Aparthotel is centrally located so dinner options/shopping are a five minute walk away. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and available anytime. If you are interested in hiring a guide for any of the numerous tours available in the area, staff can facilitate. The facility is modern and our apartment was clean and comfortable and quite spacious. Breakfast is ample with many tasty options.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the castle; just cross the street, buy your tickets, and start walking up the hill. The room was clean, shower worked well; was a little surprised that we had to walk up stairs to the loft bedroom, but that's on me for not looking more closely ahead of time. Breakfast was good. Hotel was a great value.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and made the trip that much better! Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. Stayed there for 2 nights. The pictures don't do justice - the view and location is far more amazing than the pictures suggest! The rooms were clean and neat, the service was friendly. The wellness area with it's quiet lounge is breathtaking. Highly recommend the hike from the Hotel up to the Polsky Hreben!

Magnificent in every way. World-class service and customer care. The cleanest an most well-kept hotel I have ever known. Food was superb. The mountain lake views were beyond my expectations. The room balcony view was breathtaking. I am now a Kempinski fan for life. Wish I could have stayed for weeks.
