Spacious patio home overlooking the 9th tee of the Oak Island Golf Course and just .02 miles to the beach. Screened porch, patio with polywood table and four chairs. Garage available for use by guest (opens from inside of property).

Nice furniture in living room, dining room and bedrooms. Kitchen and baths have ceramic flooring, hardwood floors in other areas.

Two TV's with basic cable, wireless internet access, one VCR and one DVD player. Board games and books.

Available for off season monthly rentals. No smoking. No pets. Fireplace not available for guest use.

The Caswell Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
