Secluded private OceanFront 3BR Condo steps from the pool golf course and ocean!

Gorgeous condo in the perfect location between the beach, pool and golf course. Sleeps 8. 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths: 2 Queens, 2 Singles and a pullout couch. Brand new hardwood floors and paint Jan 2020!! Pics coming soon. :-) All bedrooms have a TV with basic cable, Living room flat screen with Roku, Netflix, Amazon, DVD player, VCR, CD player, and WIFI. Covered ocean view deck, enclosed ocean view Carolina room with furniture, two seasonal community pools, cold outdoor shower, only 200 feet to the beach on community footpath across Caswell Beach Road. Board games, books, movies, and DVD's. Very Clean and spacious rooms. Also available for off-season monthly rentals. Dog friendly beach so for a reasonable pet fee and deposit you can bring your furry friend! Additional downstairs 1BR 1Bath apartment available in addition if needed (for an additional fee).

Great family vaca spot

As a family of 6 (4 kids ages ranging from 10-1) we really enjoyed staying here. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to all the best spots for lunch and drinks. We were also able to bring our dog which is awesome. Definitely dated but that didn’t take away from the fun!

Wonderful Beach Spot

The condo is a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool! It had everything we would need for a week at the beach. My family and I were comfortable and it was very dog friendly. Robert was easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay here again!

New Year's Getaway

4 of us enjoyed a relaxing long weekend over New Year's. The condo was clean & comfortable. The kitchen was roomy with plenty of cooking essentials. Close to beach access and a short drive to restaurants and watering holes.

Oak island condo

We stayed for a week with our daughter, son in law, 2 grand daughters and two dogs. It was a lovely place and accommodated us all very comfortably! Very convenient to the beach and pool and close to all shops or stores. It was wonderful to find a dog friendly place! They even had dog treats on the counter! ❤️ would highly recommend this place!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

Great space

The stay was very relaxing and quiet. We were not able to use the pool as it was closed the entire stay. Very short walk to the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the space was extremely clean. The view from the deck was limited due to overgrowth blocking most of the view of the ocean. However, I would stay here again. Really nice location.

Husbands birthday weekend.

Had a relaxing time once again. Great walks on the beach, ate great seafood, enjoyed ice cream for dessert, beautiful sunsets, doesn’t get much better than that. Until next time….

Perfect stay

Nice condo with all the amenities for a great stay. Very clean and spacious. The location was perfect for a trip to Oak Island and to the Southport area. Close to all fine dining restaurants and the beach. Had a perfect three night stay! Thank you for an enjoyable trip to the area!

Wonderful stay

We stayed for thanksgiving with five adults two teens and two dogs. The condo was great plenty of space. Loved the porch and a short walk to the beach.

Lucky to have gotten there thinking they had 15” of rain two days before arrival and roads were closed and standing water everywhere. But had a great time.

This was a great location for my husband and I. We were close to the beach, pool and golf and were able to book a fishing charter to boot. Perfect for our needs!

Great Location!

Property was clean. I agree with another reviewer that it is a bit dated and could use an update on furniture, but the newer floors mentioned in the posting are nice. The “Carolina room” has no furniture and is very hot so it is like wasted space and not suitable for pets like another reviewer said- at least not in summer. We were not sent an email in advance about check-in by owner. The code sent from VRBO to the door was not working. Luckily the door was unlocked upon arrival but we couldn’t get the key out to lock up. Owner emailed the next day and sent the email that was supposed to be sent to us in advance with a different code that did work and his phone #. If we had been locked out that would have been terrible. Absolutely loved the location and the walk to the beach. Owner worked with me on the pet fee which I very much appreciated. Overall we had a great time and would consider staying again. and We definitely would stay again if furniture would be updated including a bigger bed in the master bed.

Run-down, dated unit with good location

The unit is a short walk to one of the pools and a bit longer walk to the beach. The walk to the beach includes a busy road with a manual crossing light. The unit has an outside hose in the downstairs area to wash off sand and an area to store beach toys. The unit is accessed with an old style lockbox that I found difficult to use and only one key was provided. Although clean, the unit is dated and not well maintained. The master bathroom shower didn't work, the light over the stove was out, there was only one working lamp in the living room, the master bedroom blinds were missing about a third of the slats, the couches needed cleaning and the living room verticals blinds were not functional. The water in the second bathtub/shower is so difficult to turn on, you have to pull hard enough to worry if its going to last. There is a tiny bit of beach view from the deck.

We’ve stayed here several times and it gets better every trip. The beach is so beautiful and the location can’t be beat. It’s a comfortable, clean and cozy place. We’ll be back!

Lovely, dog friendly ocean condo at Caswell Beach

We just had a lovely getaway to Caswell Beach with our chocolate lab, Huck. 9 Ocean Court is easy to access, extremely clean, functional kitchen and amazing beach access a 2 minute walk from the front door. Caswell is a beautiful, quiet beach but only 5-10 minutes from busier Oak Island and 20 minutes from charming Southport. Definitely plan to return. Robert was great to work with. Thank you!

This is a cute beach condo in the absolutely perfect location with a quick and easy walk to the beach just across the street. We had the best time, we’re very comfortable, had everything you needed!! Robert was very helpful and communicative.
