"It is a beautiful property, a former convent built in the 1600s. EXCELLENT AC!!! :-) Lots of beautiful flora. The staff is great, super helpful and friendly. You are right downtown with excellent restaurants and cool shops. I highly recommend it! "

"Lo bueno, limpio todos los días, el personal no invita a los visitantes a ser empáticos con los huéspedes, al llegar 6 al salir del hotel(aún de madrugada, 4 am) hacen mucho ruido y escándalo al subir y bajar las escaleras, sobre todo a nosotros que estuvimos bajo la escalera. Tuve que salir a la 1 am a pedir de favor a una familia que tenía un escándalo. Te limitan del Wi Fi de 1 a tres días y no te lo dicen. El agua caliente, teníamos que recordales que lo activen todas las tardes. La piscina todo el tiempo sucia, no está como en la foto."
