Great and safe experience

The home was for the most part clean and was spacious which we enjoyed. The one bathroom shower (upstairs master) wouldn’t get warm unfortunately so some of us had cold showers but aside from that we felt very safe in the neighborhood, loved the outside view, the space, and overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend to another family or group.

Nice vacation house.

Family had a great time. Loved being by the bay watching the boats go by and grandkids loved fishing. Floors could have been cleaner and all the mattresses need to be replaced but a great house. We would definitely stay there again.

Dirty

The dishes was not clean. The foods on on them and very wet. Not dry. Bedrooms were cleaned. I took the pictures of nail polished stained on rug and sofa in the living room. Inside the refrigerator both drawers (also pictured) were broken. I did not reported bcuz it was functional.

Nice house, but beware!

At first, this was a great house (location, amenities, etc). Until my father found bedbugs on his bed, and I found some on my daughters bed! We ran out to CVS for bedbug spray and spent precious vacay time spraying down all our stuff!

Find another house, anything would be better than this place!

I want to express how disappointed I am with the house that was provided to us for our mothers memorial service weekend for my family. To begin to say the customer service communication with Vacasa is abhorrent would be putting it mildly I emailed twice and texted twice to find out what type of coffee maker was in the house and I have still yet to receive a response, I'm now checked out of the place. From the beginning of the stay we had an issue with the front storm door. The front storm door wouldn't close, after we used the storm door opener at the bottom (Pic enclosed) to keep the door opened. The screen door remained open as we were unable to free the lock button. Right off the bat when we arrived and began to bring in our stuff. The HOT WATER (or lack of) was inconceivable as to how we were supposed to have hot water. Which for the most part, we didn't have. We read the instructions provided by the info email. The amount of water that was wasted in order to get the very limited hot water was despicable. To have to run water around others parts of the house to get the geothermal "endless hot water" was an absolute lie. We never had enough hot water on any day for more than 4 showers. We wasted 100s of gallons of water to wait for the hot water to never arrive. The kids couldn't bathe. It was without a doubt completely unacceptable and I will be reporting it to the city of Ocean City to let them know we were advised to run water around the house, waste water in order to kick in the endless hot water that never materialized. What a joke. We were miserable! The batteries for the Xfinity remote n the living room were dead. We had to switch the working batteries back and forth from the master bedroom remote to living room in order to change the channel. No spare batteries were located anywhere. The Master bedroom 1st floor bed was horrible. You couldn't be in the bed and move with creaking the whole mattress and waking up your spouse. 2 nights of misery in that bed. Not enough pillow cases for the smallest and flattest pillows I've ever encountered. The master 1st floor bathroom shower lever to turn from cold to hot (that never appeared) was hard to turn, I ended up breaking nail because it had no movement and finger caught because it didn't move. That was night one, we should have moved that night! I'm out of room to continue to list the issues, just pick a different house!

Bachelor party pad

Stayed with a small group of 30+ gents for a COVID safe bachelor party, house was big enough that we all had our own rooms and most everyone had their own bathrooms. We were able to spread out but enjoy hanging out: we made pizzas one night even and had everything needed to make them + clean up. Great time and great response from management about a question related to cleaning up prior to leaving. Would recommend to a group like ours!

Coming back

Love my stay with my family. The place is very nice, clean, big and roomy. Couldn’t do to much because of COVID. But we made the best of it and we enjoy ourself.

Thanksgiving Family Trip

The property was exactly as listed on the website. The property management company was thoughtful and kind and gave us a Thanksgiving dinner care package! The management company also answered my call 9pm on Thanksgiving Day, truly 24/7 customer service! We had a fantastic time, the water at the back door was tranquil and relaxing, natural view. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice time!

Place was huge and very clean. Two families stayed at the house and everyone was very comfortable. No fighting for rooms/bathrooms during the stay. Back deck by the water was awesome for eating and playing games. thanks

Beautiful home in a nice quit area. Close to the pool and not far from many attraction and store.

House way well kept and supplied well with everything you needed. A big plus was we are crab eater and they had plenty on hammer for the crabs. A few things but not major is no early checking or say they will let you know the day of your arrival and need to update there guest book because it missing there check out list. This is the only place I rented that makes you clean the lien before you check off and check out is at 10:00am. The last thing, they should make sure the trash can in the garage is empty before the house is rented. Overall great place, would have to read all the fine print next time I rent from Vacasa.

Great location

I've reviewed this already, so I'm not sure why it's asking me to submit another review. The home was lovely! The communication with VRBO was basically nonexistent....After 6 weeks of my initial inquiry and 3 weeks post my stay, I am still waiting to hear back from them...lol I understand that we are in a pandemic and their staffing may have been impacted, but I think it's important to be responsive to guests prior to their stay. Thankfully we didn't have any major issues during the stay because if we did, I can't imagine how we would have been able to manage if the communication delays continued.
