A unique octagonal oceanfront building designed with bay views or ocean views in midtown Ocean City. Close to restaurants and shopping and near the 94th Street tennis and basketball court. This Property has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. Panoramic views, Unit 701 is located on the North side of the building. Partial oceanfront view, beautiful view of the bay and the city lights. Amenities: Heated Outdoor Pool.

Property Information: Welcome to Antigua 701 Relax ocean side in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in midtown Ocean City. This unit has been upgraded
with an enclosed balcony where the dining table is located, where you can enjoy views of the bay and the ocean from the large glassed-in balcony. The owners have made many upgrades for the 2023 season including some new furniture in the living room, new flat-screen Smart TVs for streaming, bluetooth Bose sound system and free wireless high-speed internet. Drop your suitcases and head to the beach to play in the surf and sand or enjoy the heated outdoor pool! This unit is conveniently located near several great restaurants and shops, which makes this an excellent rental choice for your family's vacation! Cash Non-Refundable Building Registration Fee Due At Check-in. One Additional Parking Pass Can Be Purchased For a fee If There Is Space In The Parking Lot. This property includes linens with their bookings.

Great location and place to stay with family

Great for a family right on the beach. Parking was right there and the bus right across the street. All the amenities! Check in and out was easy and communication was fabulous.
