Century I Condo with Ocean Views & Outdoor Pool!

Two balconies! Beautiful unit with a great split level floor plan. Relaxing is easy in the first-floor private primary suite with floor to ceiling windows. Head upstairs to the main living area and enjoy the incredible view from the private ocean front balcony. Prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen and gather at the dining table with seating for 6 or in the comfortable living area. Enjoy a nightcap on the second bedroom balcony. Another full bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. A beach day is literally steps away! The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

Property Needs Updating

Property was fine for our short stay. Found many things that could be upgraded to make stay more enjoyable. Bathroom sinks were low, fixtures in all rooms need updating. Tv was tricky to figure out. A printout of how to navigate tv would be very helpful. Balcony furniture needs updating-not very comfortable and sit so low you can hardly see over railing. Kitchen could use some more accessories to make stay more enjoyable.
