This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has an ocean view balcony with a table and plenty of chairs accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful, warm oak cabinets and Corian counter tops ready for your family gatherings. Clean ceramic tile adorns the entry, living room and kitchen. There is a TV and DVD player in each bedroom with a large wall mounted TV and sound bar in the living room. The condo comes equipped with a stack washer and dryer. A beautifully renovated step-up shower is in the master bathroom. The hall bathroom contains a tub/shower. Maximum Occupancy is 10. BDRM 1: Comfy king bed BDRM 2: Queen Bed BDRM 3: Two sets of sturdy bunk beds (4 Single Beds) LVRM: Queen Sleep Sofa.
