Great views from the 22nd floor

The location was good, easy to get in and out. Elevators were quick for such a tall building. One bed was soft and the other was hard, so something for everyone. Kitchen was well appointed and a good size. All appliances worked well.

Ocean front

It was a beautiful view unit . However, there was absolutely No Internet which made it difficult to work. We enjoy the Beach and View.

:we were notified yesterday wednesday we had to be out today thursday by 10am due to maintenance (our check-out was not until sunday 10am). very disappointed. very disruptive.

The carpet was filthy. My white socks were black after we unpacked out luggage. I immediately called the office for the property and they sent someone out right away with an industrial cleaner and cleaned the entire unit and also gave us a complimentary bottle of Tide to clean our clothes. They were fast and very nice about the situation.

Girl's getaway

Vary outdated everything needed updated, stains on furniture, picture's shows thing's that's not there.Upstairs tub takes really long to drain, curtains don't close, closet door is hard to open and close sticks. NO OUTSIDE POOL. Would not have stayed there but, the paperwork thats sent included the information for another complex that has an outside pool should have removed these page's before sending out the information packet. Very disappointed.

The upstairs shower doesn’t drain well. There’s not a lot of room for snacks/drinks you bring in. I like that both rooms have king size beds, the one upstairs is a little soft.

Disappointed

The bedroom on the 1st floor had mold (on top of the window and on the ceiling), the television did not work x 2 days, the sheets were then and old. I did not sleep in this bedroom, I slept on the pull-out sofa in the living room due to the mold. The bathrooms need to be updated. Mold in the shower and not keeping the seal. The pool was great. The area was good as well as the wonderful restaurants. I had to do a lot of running around to have questions answered. The maintenance staff was very helpful. It seemed that the desk staff wasn't sure about many things. Unfortunately, I will choose not to stay on my return visit to Ocean City. ..

Endless summer!

Very relaxing and great for the amount spent. Nothing fancy and could have used a carpet cleaner in the living room, but we were there for the view and to have fun outside not to spend too much time inside. Beds were comfortable and glad we spent extra for the linen package. Which gave sheets for all beds and six towel sets. Well worth the extra 70.00. We would stay again in the future.

Dirty dirty dirty

The place had blood stains on the comforter, the bathroom was not clean and had hair all over and the place is very outdated. That does not bother us but since it is so outdated things are not kept up! It was gross.

Needs updated

Property had been cleaned prior to and didn’t notice any odor. But both bathrooms are in dire need of updating due to stains in both toilets and showers and faulty plumbing in both toilets. Sliding door on main living floor handle had a screw missing and door was very difficult to operate. All problems were reported but nothing was resolved before we checked out. Location and building are nice but unit needs updated

Condo was filthy

Condo was filthy. Had to clean the counter tops and floors as soon as we got there. Pop cans under the bed. Toilet in master bedroom did not work. Maintenance guy for the building came and said he fixed it but we had to remove the lid after each flush to stop the toilet from running.

The View is the only redeeming feature. Over priced, Under delivering

This property needs serious updating. Wallpaper boarders are peeling off the walls, the upstairs bathroom has been caulked so mamy times, it bulges from the seam. The tubs are old and very stained, the shower lever gets stuck, the shower head needs to be replaced, as it is very hit or miss. There is sand everywhere. Yes, it's the beach, I get it. But there shouldn't be sand everywhere when you first walk in. Furniture in the living room could use a cleaning, as it's stained. The dishwasher definitely needs to be replaced. Unless you know that eventually the middle water spout will fall back down (with some help), you cannot pull out the bottom rack. The top rack is such that you can't put anything put flatware in the back part because the top of the dishwasher slopes down in the back. Weird. Also, I know renters are required to bring supplies, but there wasn't even hand soap. Usually, supplies from previous renters are there, so you at least have a start. The sliding glass door is DANGEROUS. It is so hard to open and close, I was afraid the handle would come off and I would be injured. I am a former power lifter and not weak. I struggled to get this open and closed. There are no remotes for the DVD players. We searched and searched. When I ask the property management company, they replied that the owners told them there haven't been any remotes for YEARS because someone took them, but you could operate it from the player. No, you can't. We tried everything. Why have DVD players you can't use? Remotes are cheap, replace them. I am a landlord so I know how rentals are. These people are making a KILLING in rent, but not doing any updates. It's shameful because it could be a great property. The views are stunning. The beds were pretty comfy. Otherwise, seriously not worth the money. Property management company needs to update their check info, as the office does NOT take credit cards. Cash only. I told them that I was told it was cash or credit, and they argued with me that I was not told that. It is actually typed out on the envelope and highlighted in yellow. Get your stuff together, people.
