Beautifully remodeled kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 4 TVs, 1 DVD player. Separate air conditioning units. Occupancy maximum 8 persons. Guests must provide their own sheets and towels. Linen service is available for a fee. No smoking, please. Pets not permitted. Fountainhead charges a registration/parking fee upon arrival to the building. Parking for two vehicles. This property rents on a full week, Saturday-Saturday basis.
