Our host was so accommodating and friendly! He thought of almost everything and whatever we asked for, he provided. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and very clean. Kitchenette is in the bathroom, which is kind of weird, but the property is charming and comfortable. We started a trend! If you stay here, sign the bottom of a plate or bowl along with the date and where you're from! Thanks Chris!
This was my second stay here and once again it was a great experience! The property is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated to give you a relaxing, island vibe. It is easily accessed, has a parking space included, and is close to all of the popular spots in San Diego County. Chris is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to the San Diego area!
I stayed 4 nights. The place is clean, updated, and quiet. If the weather had been better I would have taken advantage of the awesome patio area. Communication was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place.
Chris is a wonderful host! Friendly, responsive, and helpful His place was also great! Super clean, nice design and decor and just a nice cozy place to be :) we loved it!
Chris was amazing. I've had a good amount of experience through VRBO and stayed in many places across the country. Chris was very welcoming and the only property owner who met me to walk me through the property and answer any questions I had in person. Through the week if we had questions he made himself available to us. We wanted to grill and he brought over the grill AND extra grilling supplies (foil, tongs, plates, utensils etc.). I spent more time at the beach on this trip than I did previously and it's because of how easy it was to get there. I will stay here again when I visit San Diego again! Great property, great neighborhood, greatest owner!
