"Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. "This modest hotel offers good value for the cost"

"great price, good location. would stay again"

"The company servicing the location were extremely unhelpful and rude. The automated system that was used was unhelpful. The manger that took care of the property Gabriel was very helpful and took care of our problem. we had to wait until he was available at the location which took 2 hours that we waisted. They really need to have somebody at the location to help."

"This is a great stop off to break up long drives. The rooms are basic, but clean and well sound proofed. There is a bar with a good selection of drinks and fast food and the restaurant serves tasty local cuisine. Our dog was treated to a welcome pack, but it wasn't made clear where he was or wasn't allowed in the public areas."

"Pleasant hotel with good facilities"

"Very helpful and friendly staff."

"Staff was very nice and good location"

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"Very clean and all staff very helpful."

"Beautiful grounds and staff was lovely."
