This property was beautiful! My family truly enjoyed our stay. The Coy ponds and the gorgeous gardens were our favorite to walk through multiple times a day. Great location!

it was a good place to stay. My only complaint was the bathroom was a little tight and the light switch was outside the bathroom and there was no flan in the bathroom or it didnt work. Everything was clean the staff was super helpful. Breakfast was good and filling.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Big, very clean rooms. Beautiful landscaping, walking path, pond, fire pit area. Breakfast was good, typical hotel breakfast. I would've given it 5 stars but the WiFi was horrible and the toilet didn't flush very good, other than that it was a great place.

Pleasant check-in, clean well-appointed room. Jeremiah’s Restaurant was a convenient walk across the hotel parking lot. The garden walk behind the hotel with views of the mountains was a nice lagniappe for the evening of our stay.

What a wonderful place! Absolutely beautiful! It has great accommodations for dogs. The rooms are very old school, dated but nice. The only issues I had were the mattress was a bit worn out, and I couldn't locate a microwave to heat my dogs food that I had been keeping in the cooler as we traveled. Those were small issues for me. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I try and stay here any time my travels bring me this way.

The older style furniture in our room was unique. I wasn't sure what other businesses share the parking lot with Best Western, but it was very difficult to find parking spaces at times. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Overall, I think it was a decent hotel, but not impressed with the location because of the facility due to street traffic and crowded parking lot.
