“The staff was very unfriendly judgmental just a very bad atmosphere”

“Needs upgrading. Breakfast was good except for cheap plastic wear. Policy for canceling was not customer friendly. Tried to cancel due to a violent storm, no refund was allowed.”

“Beautiful hotel. Our room with a view of Long Island Sound was perfect. Excellent restaurant. Our waiters Kevin and Marsha were very attentive. Only negative, there were no lounge chairs at the pool, only on the beach. And not that many. We would definitely return if we were going to be in the area.”

“Threadbare breakfast overcooked. Needs major overhaul pit and jokes in roads. A real mess”

“Very comfortable. Did not use any property amenities. Loved the location. A lot of thought in making the property very welcoming. ”

“It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.”
