“While the room was described as a balcony room on the riverfront it is really a ground level room with a small wooden deck. It sits on a field that is a good distance away from the water and you have a slight view of the river from your room. The grounds offer nice seating to view and enjoy the river from. “Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”
