“We enjoyed our stay in this studio room (ADU). Hosts are friendly and helpful, the space was perfect for us. The room is very well laid out with attention to small details. Sitting on the deck in the evening and the hosts suggestion to spend a few hours at Sunset Beach using their beach chairs were the highlights. Also a nice walk to the Preserve for a stroll. “The photos make it look incredible, but it was even better than we ever could have hoped. We were 14 family members, ages 1-74 and there were 2 rowboats, and 8 kayaks! Perfection! The pool was super, and this elegant house being right on the water made for wonderful sightings of seabirds, seals, and incomparable sailboats and yachts. We really enjoyed the corn hole and all the games they had available too. We cooked all our meals in and the BBQ and kitchen were well stocked. We only……

“The units are either new or just renovated. Still has the new smell. Very clean and awesome setup! Super comfy beds. We have a family of four and it was perfect for us. Super convenient. Don’t let the “no parking spot” scare you. We always found a daytime spot right out front, and an overnight spot just a couple blocks away. We stayed four nights and had an amazing time! ”

“Exactly as described. It’s in a beautiful location at the north end of the island so it’s very calm and secluded. The views of the water from the back yard are great. We saw several river otters and other wildlife. The jacuzzi is a definite plus. The house itself is cozy and feels like it’s actually a home, and unlike many vacation rentals it includes plenty of space - and actual dressers! -to put clothes away.
