The room is big and the bath room is clean. You live in a seperate house from others. You can park your car next to the house you live. Only it takes some time to make the room warm. In winter the bathing room is super cold. In general, the room is worth the price.

くつろげて良かったです！ 元々は社員寮？だったそうで、自宅のようにくつろげて、また隣にコンビニもありとても良かったです。 ただ、トイレが共同だったのだけ少し不便でした。

Check-in impossible without international calls
The check-in iPad was not connected to the internet, so did not allow us to check in. Without having the ability to make international phone calls we would have been unable to check in successfully. Be aware of this if you plan to book. There was also no cold water able to come out of the bathroom ...
