The Uber ride from John Wayne took about 30 minutes ($45) and about 15 mins ($15) to Disneyland. The house is on a corner of a busy street, but that did not bother me. "The house is very unique and the neighborhood is kept very nice. There are little things that could be easily updated or fixed that would truly give the house a 5 star rating across the board.
