“I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. “Room was the let down. Bed sheets were rough, supplied desk fan was useless. I left at 6 am to travel back to get my own fan. No air con so room was so hot at night. To much junk on bed. By the time extra cushions were taken off. Not much room to move about in the room. Bathroom ok. Toilet quite close to wall. ROOM 315. not a pleasant stay. Staff were helpful. Gave us Taxi numbers but taxis not great to get.”

“unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower, tv was not working, the flush in toilet was temprimental and the toilet seat was moving, bed frame was broken. Definitely not worth £116 per night and without the breakfast. Daylight robbery. Was cleaned and nice man helped us to enter the front door. Sadly basic amenities failed.”

“The lady who runs the hotel is great and can't be more helpfull. I stayed in a single room which was compact but enough for one person and it had a 3/4 bed which was nice.
For a clean, comfortable ensuite room within walking distance on the town the hotel is amazing value.
Breakfast was extra but well worth the additional £8”
