“The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.”

“My family live in Morar but had a full house so I picked this place. 20 mins walk from their home. It was very very basic. I was gone most of the day so I didn’t get to check if there were other amenities. But no coffee or tea maker. Room was small. Bed not bad, I slept quite well but I was very tired. Twin bed size much too small. Someone had soiled the duvet cover. Management handled that quickly. View from my window spectacular ”
