“Son una familia muy agradable, nos atendieron con amabilidad. Al principio no había internet y lo solucionaron con amabilidad. No hay Aire acondicionado, pero nos consiguieron un ventilador que fue suficiente. El desayuno muy sabroso, en una terraza con una vista muy agradable.”

“habitación impecable y servicio de 10. ”

“The owner is such a gift to his guests!!! He is kind and has a wealth of knowledge to share with his guests!! He represents the best of Italy with his charm and wit!!! Truly one of the best experiences we had in Italy! The room was as charming as he is!”

“The room was lovely. A few problems—there was only one light switch for all 5 lights, there was no coffee table nor extra chair in the ‘living rm’ space, TV orientated to the bed. A major issue was no coffee maker in the room. A difficulty with the location is that there is no transportation except very expensive taxis/Uber cars to get to Tivoli and surrounding sites.”

“Our hostess Simone was very helpful and was easily reached over Whatsapp. The room was modern and clean. The location is in the historic center of Tivoli and felt both convenient and safe. This property is perfect for someone who typically makes arrangements online and is comfortable using key codes for access. There is not an onsite concierge or front desk, although there is a connected restaurant. I give it 5 stars for the price, cleanliness and convenience.”

“Tutto davvero funzionale”

“the hotel was good for a night stay but the room needs some maintenance, specially the bathroom the shower is very small I barely fit thru the glass and needs a overall touch, but the staff was helpful and a quiet room”

“Great central location in Tivoli. Clean room with kitchenette and enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop patio. Staff were very helpful.”

“il cuoco é davvero grandioso...e la cameriera non é da meno...la professionalità é di casa...complimenti”

“Parking is tight and a lot of work if you are not from here. Giovani met us in the parking lot and parked the car for me (glad he did). The room was up 3 floor and as expected no elevator. The room was charming and clean; there were screens in the window and a ceiling fan or a nice breeze. The internet was good and the building was quite, but some noise outside for a bit at night. The bathroom was okay- small as expected. The only issue was there were no night time curtains for the window. I……

“Mi hanno richiesto sei euro al posto di quattro per la tassa di soggiorno e non ho potuto usufruire della colazione perché l’apertura del bar era oltre il mio orario possibile”
