“Nice, clean but dated room. Price was good at significantly low rate, however fees applied not readily known until credit card transaction completed. Room cleaning fee was equivilant to one day's room charge, and no daily housekeeping done. As result, we needed for toilet paper replentishment. We did our own dishes. A service fee was also applied,ontop of the others, close to room half room fee; alot extras Room was dated; cracked tiles in bathroom, older decor and chattels. Wall paper lifting……

“What a wonderful place to stay! The hose was so welcoming from the first communication and throughout the trip. The property was exactly as described but maybe even nicer in person than the pictures. The condo was super spacious with loads of room in the main room plus the bedroom. And the bathroom! Wow! Definitely spa-like with a seperate tub and shower. Treasure is comfortable to hang out on. Instructions inside for pool and wifi were clear. The bed was super comfy! And the black out curtains……

“Not luxury by any means. Pictures are deceiving. When we arrived no towels, toilet paper, kleenex tissue. Batteries dead on remote. Both Coffee maker and keurig were broken. Was told we would have supplies delivered in the morning. No response from host. Ended up buying our own supplies. Completely ignored after that. Never again.”

“It was far from the “Perfect Studio” Bedding was not clean, full of stains and the comforter was old and very used. Cupboard doors were all broken. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. No hand soap the bottle was empty and the shampoo bottles were broken. Couch was stained and had hair everywhere. Needless to say we left and never stayed the night. Very disappointed. We have put in a claim for a refund. We have yet to have received one. ”

“The stay was very pleasant. The kitchen was very equipped, the covered BBQ and hot tub was very nice as well. The only thing I'd suggest is to add another shower to the washroom in the basement, as it has only the toilet. The overall experience was great and we'll definitely come back next winter for another skii and snowboarding weekend!”
