"We’ve stayed at this hotel before. It’s got a great location in downtown Cooperstown right on the lake. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We go late in the fall and the front desk is not there full time but when they were, they were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend. "

"The rooms and hotel was extremely clean which I really appreciated. We needed to call the front desk at 4am in the morning due to an alarm sounding from the room's heater. It took him less than 5 minutes to arrive and he was able to successfully shut it off for us. Also, it's very nice to have the breakfast option which saves so much time when you are traveling. "
