“Lake view was wonderful, we spent a lot of time on the porch where there was plenty of seating for the 7 adults we had. Location was a short drive to Petoskey and a few wineries in the area. Everyone had their own space/bathrooms and beds were very comfortable. Would gladly book again!”

“We lived in this neighborhood a few years back and rented this house to visit friends. So glad this little house was available as it worked out great. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. Side note: The beach and boat launch down the road are not pubic, they are actually private and belong to this association and can only be used by the houses in the association. This is even better, as it will be less……

“Overall we were very pleased with the house and location of it. We were looking for peaceful place to stay and not to be disturbed by the neighbors. The house is located maybe 10 minutes outside of town so going to the grocery store or going to eat dinner was extremely easy. I spent most mornings sitting on the couch looking out the back door at the lake and private dock. I really enjoyed the bird feeder on the back deck and the abundance of animals that came to feed there. The ducks made their……
