I'm nearly 80 years old and have back and leg problems. I didn't ask him, he just helped! The hallways are clean and fresh, the room pristine.I definitely wilk come back here again. "

"My wife was hurt by a protruding bed frame part when getting into bed and when the hotel was made aware of it they said they were sorry and would give us a discount on the room price but, when we checked out we were told that it couldn't be done because we booked the room with Hotels.com!"

The hotel was being worked on -> directly outside our room<- during our stay, however, we didn't even notice as the employees were so quiet and polite. This is definitely a hotel I will revisit. "The hotel is under major renovations and it’s badly needed. I made the reservation but wasn’t alerted to this until after submitting payment which I believe is fraudulent practice to customers. There was plaster and paint peeling off the ceiling above the check in desk upon our arrival which was reason enough for me to find a different hotel. I explained to the people working the front desk my concerns and wasn’t offered even an apology. They would not refund my money so I contacted my bank who...
