The room was serviced only twice during our three-night stay, and the corridor A/C was a bit noisy. However, overall, we had an excellent stay. We would definitely book a room here again if we return to town.

The rooms were very clean and they maintain the Hilton quality without compromise. Special mention to the Front Desk staff. We checked in late at 9pm. We requested for the pool access after that. The staffs were courteous enough to let us enter the pool and they had it open until 11pm. Only downside was the cold breakfast but we were up for it as we knew that already. If they plan to have a hot English breakfast , I will give a 10/10 for the property. Now it’s 9.5/10

There was a false fire alarm at 4:30 am forcing us to leave the hotel and wait outside for an hour while the fire department inspected the property. When we checked out there was no mention of the fire alarm by the staff and no kind of refund was offered for this massive inconvenience.

It was nice that they had pet stations with bags and a garbage can for waste. Pool was nice and I can see the no diving rule but kids were not even allowed to jump in. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Once there was ice but not the next time and no bucket in the room.

People at this hotel smoke crack in the hallways and set the fire alarm off at 4am forcing the entire building to evacuate and stand outside. No one is able to process a refund and I am being told that my reservation doesn't even exist in the system now. They are a fraudulent organization. Not worth the hassle.
