“I think we were the first people to stay at this property. It was a little risky because there wasn’t any reviews yet, but you get what you paid for. It lacked a lot of basic necessities. It was not ready for guests, there were no towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. One of the beds was missing a blanket, there was a full load of dirty laundry in the washer. “The communication with the host was excellent, and they helped us with a number of requests including a little early check-in and switching from heat to cooling due to our preference for cooler sleeping at night. The house is very tastefully renovated with high quality, and the beds very comfortable! The house is a duplex and the owner has a policy of no noise after 10 pm. So if quiet is a priority for you, it’s somewhat dependent on the neighbors cooperating. ”
