"The hotel was beautiful we enjoyed the stay, I just wish the room itself was cleaner. Due to being so exhausted coming from Disney I didnt make a big deal but it needed to be vacuumed, I had to disinfect the tables my self, the hand towels had lipstick on them an one of our pillows had black stains on it which we did not use. Checked the rest of the bed thankfully it was clean enough to lay in, but most definitely need to work on cleanliness."

"It was a truly memorable island escape with a perfect blend of relaxation and vibrant energy. The oceanfront setting was breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves and sunset views over the Pacific feels like a dream. Easy access to the beach was one of the best part making it ideal for both families and couples. The staff consistently deliver warm Hawaiian hospitality, adding a personal touch that makes guests feel genuinely welcomed. What makes this property unique is its “resort within a resort” feel—there’s always something to do, from cultural activities to on-site dining that showcases local flavors. You can spend days exploring without ever leaving the property. Area for improvement: I felt some rooms could benefit from modern updates to match the premium experience offered in other parts of the resort. Overall, Hilton Hawaii Resort delivered a vibrant yet relaxing Hawaiian getaway that will leave me and my family with lasting memories."

"This hotel was so cute. The lobby to the rooms to the restaurant in the front were all adorable. Ian & Martha at the front desk were awesome! And Mark at the Bar was amazing. The room was great and the microwave and fridge are always awesome to have in a room. I stayed in a renovated room on the top floor and had a view of the ocean from my room. You can hear the noise on the street but its normal in a busy city and wasn't to bad at night. The location of the hotel is great. Its a 15min walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and activates to do. Most places are an 10-20 Lyft ride away and the bus is $2.50 and 10mins away from the airport. The only Cons: * The air conditioner had a mind of its own. It would cut off and on and change the temp setting all the time. Kinda annoying but I got a fan from the front desk when I went to tell them about it and they came up with it within 10mins. One night I was frozen and the next it wouldn't stay on. * The shower didn't drain correctly the 1st 3 times I used it so I was standing in water but it never collected enough to run over. * The walls are thin so if you have loud talking neighbors you will hear them. luckily the loud people next to me were only there my 1st night and weren't up past 12am. Overall it was a great and I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance. So if you are thinking about booking here do it!! Call ahead of time to ask about the deposit details!"

"We have stayed here twice now. The staff is so helpful the rooms are clean the pool area clean and the rooms are big. The laundry room is a big plus."
