You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. "I had to book this hotel for someone, I was told the hotel was Okay! However I really wish the hotel will disclose everything on their description (about) in order to avoid any confusion and surprise charges, including the 1500 pesos that was required in order to check in however the hotel sent me an inbox regarding about the 1500 pesos 3-2hours prior to checking in. please feel free to correct me if i missed something."
