It was actually a lovely place. It just had cockroaches. Not a ton but some.

Loved this stay! It was everything and more. Will be back for a longer stay!

Communication: By phone is excellent. Staff answered right away and tried to address my concerns as best as they could. Communication through the Expedia platform got lost in the nether, I have yet to receive a reply. Accommodations: It was about what I expected. Everything clean and in working order as far as appliances, showers, beds, HVAC. Amenities: The family pool was the main thing we used. It was also well used by everyone else in the complex. Not so great: The internet was unusable. I work in IT and was trying to work remotely from our unit. Without having access to their network, I can only guess at likely causes of the poor experience. Based on their subnet that I connected to the max connections is only 254 devices. A typical family would have at least 10 devices to connect, this doesn't count the TVs already connected. 30+ condos, you can do the math. Second issue would be bandwidth and speed, which I could not reliably test because everything was "loading" and bogged down by the devices that could eventually connect. TLDR: Great value, comfortable, friendly. If you need internet for work or leisure, you will need to hotspot yourself or go someplace else.

I recently spent two wonderful days at Red Mountain Resort with my friends, from June 13 to June 15, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The natural beauty surrounding the resort is absolutely breathtaking, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We especially appreciated the serene atmosphere, the scenic trails, and the calming energy of the entire property. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality from the staff — professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Whether it was a spa appointment, a hike, or just lounging in the peaceful courtyards, everything was smooth and enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a first-class wellness experience with friends.
