“We absolutely love this property and the host. This was our second stay, and everything was perfect. It’s the ideal size for a couple — cozy, quiet, and comfortable. My personal favorite is the jet spa tub.The room is always super clean, and the host stocks fresh muffins, yogurt cups, fruit cups, and coffee pods for each day. Check‑in is easy, and the location is close to Zion, local stores, and restaurants.Truly a wonderful place to stay.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 ragazze per due notti. Casa molto piccola ma con tutto il necessario e gli spazi ottimizzati al massimo. C’è anche la lavatrice e il detersivo. Unica pecca il fornello ad induzione non raggiungeva il massimo della potenza e per bollire una pentola di acqua ci abbiamo messo 1h. Il resto tutto perfetto”

“When we arrived, our entryway was the stairwell by the garage and our first sight were multiple overflowing trash cans, that remained this way the entire time we were there. Once down the stairs, you see a bunch of decking material, what appeared to be a broken table, a bent ,large metal planter filled with dirt and 1/2 an old trash barrel surrounding the hot tub. Also, a weird wire fence that was cobbled together running through the middle of the back yard. The inside is a finished basement……

“We were so happy with our stay here! Everything was clean upon arrival, and we were happy to find lots of cooking materials. We loved its proximity to Zion, and we enjoyed feeding the chickens in the morning. We didn’t even notice the downstairs neighbors. I do wish recycling was available, and the bathroom sink drained pretty slowly, but overall, this was the perfect accommodation & we would definitely stay here again & recommend it to a friend.”

“So, here's the deal, this was supposed to be my first short term rental. It will most likely be my last. About an hour before our arrival, I got a text from the host letting us know she left the door unlocked for us. That's because there was no power so we wouldn't have been able to see to unlock the door. However, she didn't mention the no power part. She asked when we would be arriving. I mention I was going to get groceries before we checked in. Again, no mention of the power situation. No……

“Accommodations were perfect House has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Easy drive to Zion, and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again ”

“Everything about this house was top notch. Cookware, linens, appliances, basically everything was higher quality than we have at home!The two floors each had their own kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, thermostat and laundry. We had two families of 4. So we were together but essentially each had our own condo.25 minutes to Zion National Park and 20 minutes to Sand Hollow State Park. Both of which are wonderful. The only negative review I have is that there was not a spice rack of any kind. If you……
