"Hard to find with GPS using the PGA address. The room was not made up after the first night and that was not mentioned at check-in. Room was clean but pillows askew. Possibly housekeeping needs more training. The staff was very nice. I wil stay there again."

The hotel itself and grounds was very lovely. I was very satisfied with my stay. I was actually given an upgraded balcony room overlooking the pool. "

"This is my second time staying at the Embassy Suite in West Palm Beach. It is amazing. I feel like I'm at a Island Resort. One of the main reasons I continue to return at this hotel is for their fabulous breakfast spread, their clean rooms and the way the room is laid out. Enough at the grill puts on the show and his breakfast is delicious. When they say continental breakfast, that's not true, we have a hot breakfast station, we have waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, assorted pastries, orange juice, fresh cut up fruits, sodas. Coffee and tea. And at 5:00 in the evening, there is a cocktail reception and each guest over 21of age gets 2 drink tickets for night stay. The grounds are beautiful inside and out. There's a fitness center, ice machine, microwave, mini fridge, a convenient sink in in the lounge area along with two other sing inside the bathroom and outside of the bedroom.. they have a spa area along with a kiddie pool and a huge inground pool for swimming. The only negative I took away this past visit was the waffle machine. I believe they can invest in another or two. The wait for the waffle machine is crazy. And I was caught off guard that's we had to pay for parking. The last time I stayed at the end of this week parking was free. Other than that the guests are friendly and it's an awesome place to stay. Oh, one last thing is it possible to have on the go grab breakfast for the early risers? Thank you and keep up the good job"
