"Hotel and facilities were amazing! Food was delicious. Views are stunning.
However, it was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning wasn’t turned on and we had a terrible sleep. The hotel staff explained the problem the next day - very apologetic and understanding. But the night staff were dismissive and unhelpful and left a very bad taste in the mouth given the price we paid. "

The hotel included the Brixen pass which gave us access to nearby Plose mountain, the aqua centre across the street which was great and easy access to the town centre. "

The breakfast is DELICIOUS (the dinner is too). Beds super comfy and staff are all so kind. "It is a small very clean hotel, well maintained and neat. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is well located. The staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. Marcos (owner and manager) is an amazing guy. He offered us free of charge breakfast and he even gave us a free ride to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bressanone and I will certainly stay there when I visit Brixen again."
