“Lovely hotel and staf are super friendly and helpful. Only drawback on my stay was the number of weddings taking place on the hotel grounds.
However, staff went over and above to accommodate, particularly Steffi.

“Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.
A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu.
It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants.
The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander.……

“Absolutely amazing experience. It didn't start off great. In fact, they stuffed up with a couple of things with my wife's birthday surprise and spa booking but they made up for it in ways I cannot even express. It was a delightful experience after day 1. We were there for a week and every single day felt special. Every staff member at the property makes you feel special and are very warm and courteous.
