Paradise Personified

I was determined to convince my husband to become a beach appreciator ! I saw the pics of the balcony online and that was the major selling point! It did not disappoint. It had comfortable furniture and was very wide. Several books and cups of coffee were enjoyed there. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and to enjoy the week. It is located very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The unit was clean and very comfortable for us. The elevators worked great with luggage carts located on several floors. Thank you!

Love the location of Tropic Winds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tropic Winds is in the west end which is quiet but close enough to everything. Nice indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, several grills, assigned parking space but the deck is tight so the smaller the vehicle, the easier to get in and out of the deck. Condo was adequately furnished (some items in the kitchen were barely adequate for 2 - 4 teaspoons, 5 mugs with 1 chipped), how important that is depends on the guests. Deck is open to the beach plus the end. Impressive views but stiff wind and fair amount of street noise. The condition of the building was fine - elevator renovation project while we were there; the condition of the unit not quite so good. Missing light bulb, broken lamp, broken cabinet door in one bathroom, paper towels on the floor in a couple of rooms - expected a bit better. Greta’s staff was super great to work with start to finish.

Short getaway

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It is decorated so beautifully and the balcony view is breathtaking, as well as only being steps to the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

Tropic winds

Really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful view large comfortable balcony. Indoor/outdoor pool and steam room was clean. We were there for a friends wedding. We had a great time and would highly recommend this location.

It took me a little time to get used to tv streaming but Riley helped me out and it was great. Riley was helpful in any way we needed him. He is very professional but most of all he is simply a nice guy willing to help in any way. This is the place to stay. Greta’s Beach Rentals makes everything so easy and there are no surprises. I’ll never call anyone else!!!!!

Quick spring break trip

This is a awesome condo!! The view is fantastic! The unit is so clean and beds are comfy. The living room furniture is comfortable too. Had everything we needed and more….beach service a plus!! Will definitely rent here again!!

Much needed Vacation

Condo was absolutely beautiful, we did have two issue but other then that. This is a must see, and will book again. Everyone that works there, extremely nice. View was great and so was the weather. 10/10

Wonderful vacation condo

A friend and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 nights. It is on the beach with a spectacular view, and the breeze coming off the open corner was perfect. The property is clean, beds are comfy, and the kitchen was nice to have. We never turned on the tv.

Great Beaches even better food!!!

Property was in a great location, well decorated and very accommodating. Great view of the beach and surroundings, close to many great restaurants (Salty Sues, Mikes oyster bar, Coconuts is a short walk ) Dont forget Pier Park (The Back Porch, Pompano Joes) All great places to eat. Pineapple Willy's is a must get their around or 4 or 4:30 or its a wait same for Sharkys 😁 We had a great time soaking up the sun on yhe beach , playing golf with our daughter (Coconut Creek Golf) best in town Dont forget your ice cream at Hersheys on Thomas Dr good ice cream great service and atmosphere!!!

We really like the fact that it is right on the water and not very far from attractions and shopping. The only issue we had was no hot water on kitchen sink. The view from the balcony is breath taking.

Weekend away

Very clean. Comfy indoor and especially outdoor seating. Sunsets every night. Felt completely new. Tremendous views. Drove to Rosemary beach for nice dinner. Mikes oysters was awesome. 2 mile walk to pier for lunch on the beach. Pool was shaded in late afternoon. Hot tub always available. 4 door F150 tight to park but fit. Fast elevators. Everything was just perfect.

Great property!

This is a beautiful property in a great location. The check in and check out process was very easy and the management quickly responded with all of my questions prior to arrival. The reserved parking was convenient but it was extremely tight. The beach service was nice to have but wasn’t overly impressed with the guys providing the service. The unit was nicely decorated and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was a bit hard and not as comfortable as I would like but we didn’t spend much time inside anyway. I would definitely recommend this property.

Not as pretty as the pictures

Parking was too tight! The condo floors were very dirty! We ordered a swifter sweeper, and cleaned them. The bedding on one of the beds was stained or dirty! We stripped the beds, and used our own linens! The view was great!!! Nice big screen tv in living room.

Amazing views!

Check in was easy. Parking is covered and we had no problem getting into the assigned spot. It is very breezy in the garage so watch when you open your car doors. There are several luggage carts in the elevator lobby- make sure you grab one because the unit is on the 19th floor. Two of the three elevators were operational and we never had to wait too long for a ride. Others complained so it may be a recurring issue. The unit was very clean. Plenty of linens including some throws. Beds were comfortable, but the master bed sits up very high. Keep that in mind for elderly travelers. The couch and the rest of the seating was just okay. Not super comfortable, but not terrible either. The balcony is where it's at. Views are amazing. The unit is on the end so you get the benefit of seeing all the way up the coast. Balcony furniture was very comfortable and there's plenty of it. Cushions got wet in the rain, but dried pretty quickly. The weather was very breezy and beautiful during our stay and we spent most of our time out on the balcony. Kitchen is well stocked, we did most of our cooking in and had everything we needed. Regular coffee pot and Keurig available, but you will need your own coffee or pods. Bathrooms are big and very clean and nice. Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water. Location is great. Tons of grocery stores and restaurants nearby and the beach itself is just steps away. There were beach chairs available - you just have to check in at the chair shack. They open later than I would've liked, but we made do. There are even plenty of chairs available at the bottom of the garage near the hot tub. The view is great, the breeze was nice and it's perfect for those that don't like the sand. There were a few supplies available to get started, but you will definitely want to bring or buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods. You will also need your own beach towels and maybe a towel rack - there was no good place to hang beach towels.
