“To start there was never a real person to talk to at the front desk. I had booked three rooms for 3 nights. My room had the electricity go out on one side of the wall and it took us three hours before we could get somebody to come and fix it. My son‘s room had water leaking and the bathroom was not working properly. My son asked for a plunger and never got one. My other son had issues with the shower. The water was so hot in the shower that whenever he took a shower, it would set off the fire……
