“Unknown to us, Punta Leona and Playa Blanca are inaccessible unless you are staying within the private area. The view from the condo was stunning, and it was just as described in the listing. I will note that I would recommend bringing groceries with you, as the road out of the area is about 15 minutes (and who would want to leave once you arrive?). Herve was extremely thorough with directions to the place (it would be hard with the detail) and was very responsive throughout the process. ”

“We stayed 5 nights (2 adults and 3 kids - 12, 10, and 8). The property was beautiful and the house well taken care of. Lots of wildlife each day (the most we saw our entire trip was right out front). We were sad to leave and hope to return again in the future. ”

The check in/out processes were simple, the staff at the building are fantastic, and the owner is responsive and friendly. “Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. ”
