Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying. We're not talking about a little gecko either - a 12" long lizard in the room with us for four days. And don't leave the lights on before you head to dinner, the ceiling will be covered in bugs upon your return. The beautiful infinity pool had lots of small tiles missing. Four star resorts maintain their properties better than this. And there's no TV either. It's nice to watch a little something before bed. A TV was in the three other places we stayed while in CR. Four star resorts have TV's. The staff was great. Oh, and you can't mind steps either. Our villa was down 124 steps from the parking area. That means you're going up 124 steps whenever you leave....don't forget something! So much potential, however they fail in execution.

We had a great stay at Tango Mar. The owner always greeted us each day to see how we were or how our day was. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! I took advantage of the spa and had an incredible massage. Gorgeous views of the ocean right out your window and the multiple pools to cool off in with the heat. Swimming beaches were a short drive away if you wanted to swim in the ocean.

As overall is a beautiful place. However, the room was very dirty, the curtain doesn't work and was dirty too, also the mattress were in bad condition. They have to improve the customer service too, because some of the employees were making fun of the customer, which is not very professional

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Nya. From driving up to the beautiful property, we were hooked. When we met our first staff member who checked us in, and the server who provided a welcome cava, along with all the other Nya faces, we knew this was going to be special. We were not wrong. From the beautiful beach and stunning trail along the water, the excellent food, abundant wildlife, and wonderful accommodations, Nya never disappointed. We only wish we had a longer stay!

Place was nice and very well located but the process to check in was not as smooth as expected, I kept asking for the instructions to check in as we were already there and instructions were not sent. The place is spacious and well located, but there was a window door not looking and never got a replied from the host just after we left saying sorry I missed your message. It is very close to the Main Street so can be loud of cars at some points.

Spectacular view! The pool and outside seating area was amazing. We really enjoyed that along with the seating area and comfortable couch inside. We were there with another couple and there was enough seating for us. The AC worked well which was great after our time exploring. The negative would be we thought we were clear about not wanting housekeeping for our few days there and each day there was someone cleaning when we arrive at our place. Not sure if it was the language barrier, but we thought he understood we did not want housekeeping our whole stay because he said yes, he understood. The place could be cleaner, it was surface clean which was fine but it didn’t feel super clean in corners and around sink areas and bathroom floors has spots on it that could be wiped up. Location is great, a steep hill to walk to the Main Street but didn’t bother us because we got ATV’s.
