“We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again.”

The bathroom is fantastic and large. The pool looked very inviting but we did not have time to try it this time around. Cannot fault the hotel. Will absolutely be back. “The room is very spacious. And, our room is facing the ocean, the sceneries, especially during sunrise, is incredibly wonderful and unforgettable. There are many dishes for the buffet breakfast. The taste is also above standard. Carpark is amazing. We can park our car safely underground. ”

“The Torquay Hotel has an excellent location, and we really enjoyed the food and drinks—everything we tried was great. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel warm and easy. The room itself, however, was very old and definitely in need of updating. While it seemed generally clean, the carpets were quite worn and felt a bit gross. The bathroom had good water pressure, which was a plus, but the windows had a lot of spider webs around them, even though they were high……

“The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.”
