"What a fantastic property! Having never been to Barcelona before, we were “green” as to where to stay. The Gràcia quarter was amazing and this hotel is at the heart of it all. Located right next to a central square full of shops and restaurants, the area comes alive in the late afternoon in to the evening. Families out just living life! "Great location and room was perfect for few days"

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...
