The room room and bathroom were clean. The shower was warm and towels plentiful. It was quiet for sleeping but the mattress was too soft. We found it difficult to modulate the heat. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and we missed that in the description. The only thing that didn't work was the clock a definite necessity. The breakfast room is very small and McDonald's is next door.when we arrived at 8 am it was full.

Wifi was reliable and continental breakfast exceeded expectations. For the price the room was clean, the beds comfy, the staff was great and the food was really good for a continental breakfast. We would stay there again.

Basic hotel/rooms. Beds were comfy. No elevator so if you have lots of stuff be prepared to haul it all up the stairs. The bedding/linens were all clean but there was stuff on the floor/toilet - almost as though someone got halfway through cleaning then distracted. We didn’t request a change as it was after 1am when we arrived. Did the job for a quick overnight stay and location convenient.

Dissappointed upon arrival to find out our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Clerk claimed there were no rooms available on the first floor. So we left our luggage and cooler in the car and only took a change of clothes up to the room. In the future I will specify upon booking that we request a first floor room for Seniors. Other than that the Hotel was very clean.

The beds, the new finishes, all comfortable. However, our AC unit did not function properly. Which made for a very difficult time falling asleep. It didn't properly de-humidify the room and the AC and fan kicked in for 5-15 secs at a time. Then shut off. We only became aware of the problem after returning from enjoying our evening out and didn't want to deal with trying to move to another room - hotel looked full and figured we would just adjust. The TV's are small and dated, no guide to navigate channels. There had been a hot chocolate or coffee spill that ran the length of the stairwell that just stayed there until a new staff member came on shift and cleaned it up. The breakfast was very good. They have a lovely machine that offers hot and iced coffee. No elevator for access to 2nd floor.

What can I say? We booked the wrong date and neither the hotel nor Expedia would give us a refund or change the booking. Our loss. Somebody else's gain, I guess. :( Actually, I don't know if Expedia would have given us a refund, because I called them and was on hold for one hour and gave up. I think that's their strategy. Just wear the caller down until he gives up.
