“ hoteles.com o el hotel Horizonte, no hacen bien las cosas, si es sin hidromasaje la habitación, entonces en Hoteles.com no deberían ofrecerlo. O, el hotel debería dar la habitación con hidro, como debe ser, sin recargo. Tuve que poner 20 lucas mas, pero no corresponde. Alguien está a favor del robo.”

“The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. I did find my way through the check out process via WhatsApp and communicating with someone on WhatsApp. Once I was able to check in it was smooth sailing after that. The place was immaculate and the views from the 7th floor were great. Good experience overall. I’d stay here again, now that I know how a virtual……

“it's far away from the city but the metro station is really close. You can also take the bus number 140 to city. Although the staff can't speak English well, they are very helpful and kindness. The comfortable of room just fine, through you can hear the voice from the people who stay next to you.I wouldn't recommend their breakfast, but it's good enough for this room rate. You can easily find the restaurant, supermarkets and self-laundry shops around this area which is also very safe as well.”
