“The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now”

“We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend……

Stayed in the loft during my first stay for 2 nights, you really felt like you are living in your own BA apartment. The décor is unpretentious and homey, a nice living room with floor to ceiling windows looking out to our little patio, bedroom is upstairs and the lovely bathroom has a nice view.
