“The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs……

“This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. It is located next to all the museums in the area. We have a senior dog, and the baby gates throughout the home were a welcomed addition ensuring we didn't have a senior……

“The property is extremely nicely kept and in a wonderful central location. Well equipped kitchen facilities. All in all, a positive experience. Drawbacks: 1. No parking available on site. I had to park my car half a mile away overnight ($25 charge). 2. Small dining area. For my party of 6, there were only 2 bar stools. The rest of us ate on the sofa and chairs in the living room. 3. Small double beds in the two bedrooms. (For me, who am over 6', this was a problem.) Otherwise, a pretty great……
