"Room was not at all what we expected from the pictures on the site. The room we got, was completely run down. Smelled when we open the door, we had to open the windows till we went to sleep. Hot water took a long time to run. We know we didn’t lay very much for the room, but it really wasn’t at all what they have on the booking sites. Had we not been so tired from travelling we would have went to office to ask for another room. Quick sleep and back on the road. Just a warning! Be careful of pictures you don’t always get what you’re expecting! The staff at the office was accommodating when we asked for a room with an outside door. Wish he would have told us it was very run down."

"This hotel was wonderful! The lobby was so inviting and the hotel was clean! The staff were helpful at every turn! The “continental” breakfast was amazing with phenomenal quiche and baked goods! We enjoyed our two night stay and would definitely return on our next trip to Belfast!"

"It was very nice. I’ve stayed here a few times now. Always nice. There’s a good restaurant just in from the front desk. They do not, however, deliver to your room. I have 2 dogs, they have a good grassy area(they provide waste bags and can). But, it is not lit up at night. Very creepy at night. It’s a good location if you want to take in a concert on the waterfront or go to the casino. There is plenty of parking."
