Ample seating in living area and dining area. Well appointed kitchen. Spacious balcony with dining table and additional seating. Tile floors throughout. Grill area on site. Property has 2 pools and boat access to Old River. Basketball goal, Tennis and Pickle Ball courts on property. Rents Sunday-Sunday in Summer. Walking distance to the Flora-Bama. Perfect beachfront condo on Perdido Key

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We had everything we needed in this condo with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area and well supplied kitchen. We loved how close we were to the pool and the beach! We used our balcony every day to catch a little sun or watch the stars in the night sky. Absolutely loved it!!

My daughter, daughter in law, and I came down for the Mullet toss and stayed in this beautifully decorated condo on the beach. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again!
