The staff was very kind. The location is close to family which was nice. The beds are new, which was good. We would not stay again though. It is newly renovated but the attention to detail is severely lacking. We had expected with the coast name it would come with the quality that is in other hotels. Unfortunately it just isn’t there.

Staff was courteous but room smelled musty. Also for room being a kitchenette there was no utensils. It was clean and had good sleep. Probably not stay again unless these conditions improve.

We liked the price! It was so amazing. An older motel that was renovated properly. Convenient location right across from the shopping mall, although there were a few sketchy people kicking about the parking lots. Overall, we would stay there again.

Newly renovated and good value for money

This is a newly renovated hotel under new ownership. The rooms are clean and there are good in-room amenities. Everyone I spoke with were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was spotty wifi. Everything else was great.

Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at the Coast Penticton Hotel. The property has been beautifully renovated — the rooms are modern, comfortable, and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is perfect, just minutes from the lake and downtown. I also appreciated the convenient parking and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here again — highly recommended!
