"The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. The view from our room was amazing. It’s a mountain resort so I knew the rooms would be expensive but some of the furniture in the room was a little beat up. One of the doors of the media stand was hanging on by one hinge. I just thought for that price they would fix or replace the banged up and broken furniture. We paid for the spa day pass so we could use the rooftop pool and hot tub and it was closed due to distant thunder but I couldn’t get a refund."

"Absolutely perfect place to stay in Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley! The property is exceptionally maintained and the service across the board is wonderful. The shuttle service is a a bonus if you want to experience Main Street in Park City and other area highlights. We stayed to experience the summer mountain activities and you can walk right across the street to Deer Valley Resort lift access for hiking and biking."

"When we got to our room, the thermostat was not working. We didn’t realize until after 10pm. Once we called the front desk, the staff came right up with parts to fix it. They had to make a couple of trips but they were on top of it!"
