“The rooms were large and spacious. Well appointed and very clean. Great set up in a fun location with the market vibe on the ground level. Really well soundproofed rooms - I thought it might be noisy but I had no issues. I’d definitely stay again.”

“The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. There was no wifi, no tv, and no pool, none of which was communicated during booking. Breakfast was fine - very limited selection but overall OK. Our room was not especially clean, with stains on the walls and ceiling and bathroom, but it was not terrible. The most frustrating experience was on the day we were checking out our keycards stopped working during breakfast around 8AM, probably some kind of error with the time-out on the card.……

“Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.”

“Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.”

“Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.”

“Had an issue after check-in ended up kind of being a big deal and the staff was a little bit rude, but they rectified it, and I am very satisfied with everything. The problem likely was related to an Expedia error.”
