Clean and neat. Bed was comfortable too. Plenty of towels. It was a nice stay for us.

When checking in, I was told that Expedia had canceled our reservation, but I had not received any communication to that effect. Property was a bit run down, but for an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night it was ok. The mattress was firm, but no blankets. Surprisingly, the pillows were good. The room air conditioner leaked and the carpet was wet. There was a kitchenette in the room with a stove, mini fridge and microwave. Curiously, there were no wastebaskets in the room, and there wasn't room for one in the bathroom. The pool was closed; I don't think it had even been opened. They had coffee and donuts for breakfast.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Able to bring my dog which is a plus. Breakfast was good, though toaster didn’t work well. All staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
